Yes, all our products are 100% handmade by local artisans in Morocco. We work directly with craftspeople to ensure authenticity, ethical production, and fair trade practices.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries, including the UK, US, Canada, EU and world wide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your order. All shipping details are clearly shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

  • UK & EU: Typically 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada & World Wide: Typically 7–14 business days
    Some items may take a bit longer depending on customs and your location. We’ll always provide tracking once your order ships.

Can I customize a product?

Absolutely! Many of our products, especially rugs and leather items, can be customized in size, color, or design. Contact us with your request and we’ll work with our artisans to create something just for you.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our items, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll work quickly to replace or refund your item.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-custom items. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How do I care for my Moroccan rug or leather item?

We include care instructions with every order. Generally, handmade rugs benefit from occasional shaking or light vacuuming. Leather items should be kept away from excessive moisture and can be conditioned with natural leather creams if needed.
